EPE Foam is made from LDPE or low-density polyethylene plastic that is melted according to the melting point temperature of the plastic and is sprayed into the injection machine with compressed air to create air bubbles. The next step is to add additives and blow in order to make it cool down and solid.
The company’s products have a density (Density) of 20 ± 2 kilograms per cubic meter (kg/m3), available in both sheet and roll form. We also provide a service of cutting the EPE foam into sheets according to the size that customers prefer.
