Re-bonded Foam is made from sponge scraps left over from the production of other products such as Women’s underwear, furniture, etc. The first step in producing compressed sponge is to crush the scraps of sponge into small pieces according to the specified size and mixed with chemical glue. The second step is to compress the sponge scraps by hydraulic system with high temperature steam to make the sponge scraps easier to pellet. The last step is to eliminate any bacteria that may have contaminated the sponge. Then let it dry and cut to size as required.

Compressed sponge or re-bonded foam is used as a raw material for produce mattresses, furniture and packaging wrapping, etc.
